Amazing app, but more importantly amazing Support. Vincent helped me today address several issues with the configuration, super prompt service and in-depth knowledge!

All installed - it's quite complicated to setup so we sat with the accountant to map the sales and tax codes. Once we got testing we were getting some errors trying to sync B2B customer data. After speaking to QBO support (Clarisse) she got it fixed so quickly and explained the issues. Super impressed... they saved me hours!)

This app is very good at providing all the services we required and also many other features that other apps could not provide. Even the basic plan allows us to sync and point all the products from Shopify to the correct items in QBO with the help of their customer service live chat. Rafael, Karol and Vince were so patient although I myself felt annoyed at my million questions. From syncing to troubleshooting, i will give them extra 5 more stars for that!

The flexibility the app provides when setting it up is outstanding. Additionally, as I had some doubts on how to finalize some choices, I reached out to customer service and was more than pleased. Karol really made it as easy as possible to navigate the options as she was reactive, knowledgeable and personable.

Sherwin helped alot and put in so much efforts, he helped me though all the problem and fixed them all.

Sherwin was super helpful and patient when helping out undertanding that us entrepreneurs may be juggling a lot of different functions and not always under all the intricacies of each software. Glad to see this high level of customer service!
