I used this app to synch my sales into Quickbooks. Thank you Clarisse for helping with the issue in synching. Good product and excellent support with fast customer chat service.
I needed to add some historical data from shopify and I needed to do it quickly - SHERWIN on the live chat sorted everything for me and saved the day. I had tried to do this with another company and after days there was no progress at all just 1 live chat with Sherwin at 7pm and my problem was solved. He was polite and friendly and I highly recommend the app as well as the outstanding customer support.
Super helpful with their support Karol, take about 10 mins to resolve the sync issue regarding to the create new product from Shopify and sync it to quickbooks.
Just set up the app today but Ben was extremely helpful and patient! I needed help getting everything set up and he was great.

This is a great option for anyone who needs to sync their sales and fees to their quickbooks online account. I tried setting it up on my own but luckily decided to click on the chat button for help. The customer service I received from Paul was so helpful, kind, and patient. He spent an hour with me making sure it was all set up so that any potential syncing issues would be avoided. We had some issues with our QuickBooks integrations, but learned of this app. It's been a great change and while the configuration is a bit more specific compared to other solutions, it is worth it. Their support is very helpful as well! While testing a sync and then deleting my results inside QuickBooks (since the prefix was not what we wanted), I was unable to re-sync the order. I reached out via their online chat and Rafael was able to help me quickly and efficiently. Definitely would recommend!
