Great support from this team! Ronnie has been fantastic since we first started with OneSaas a few years back on a different platform (Woo). They fixed my sync problem with Shopify while I was asleep. I encountered issues with the sync between Shopify and Quickbooks. The online chat support proved to be incredibly helpful, and Ben efficiently resolved my problem by providing quick and effective solutions.

A dream experience with incredible support, it syncs the orders and fees seamlessly with lots of options on how it shows in quickbooks.
App supports lots of different configuration settings, from very basic, to more advanced accounting. The setup was straight-forward, however I did hit some upfront configuration/sync errors. QB Connector support proactively reached out to me to help resolve the issues and get the sync working. In only a matter of minutes, Sherwin was able to correct my errors and provide guidance around the connector's features as well as best practices. I strongly recommend hitting the little chat icon when setting up the connector for the first time if you are confused about any of the options.
