Needed assistance with error messages holding orders in queue. I really hate the chat boxes for support but Rafael really did an outstanding job. Totally understood my issue, made some suggestions and compromises and fixed all errors quickly and easily.
I am very impressed with Shopify. GREAT WORK!
App imports data a little weird sometimes but not hard to clean up and the best thing available for this kind of link-up. Amazing customer service - THANKS ROM! Highly recommend. This is saving us days of time.
I had a fantastic experience with their service, especially with Rafael. He is quick to respond and very knowledgeable. My problem with the QB connector was resolved in a remarkably short amount of time.
David was a great help. He had helped extensively with syncing our account as well as reconciling any errors. He was kind and super patient. Thanks so much for your help David!

I've used QB for a year now and today I synced it with Shopify. Dean was really patient and supportive through any hiccups and so many questions during the sycn process. Thank you. Now, let's see how it all works together on my first sale.
All installed - it's quite complicated to setup so we sat with the accountant to map the sales and tax codes. Once we got testing we were getting some errors trying to sync B2B customer data. After speaking to QBO support (Clarisse) she got it fixed so quickly and explained the issues. Super impressed... they saved me hours!)
