Customer support is unbelievable! I chatted in to get some help (due to my own non-tech-savviness, not because the app is confusing.) Rom answered my chat request immediately, and was polite, professional, and patient with my silly questions. They literally had me sorted out within 60 seconds of typing my question. Really looking forward to using this app to streamline my business, and I know I'm in good hands and will be able to get any future support I need quickly! Thank you again Rom, you're a star!

The customer service reps who help out are AMAZING! I have worked with Ben many times and he is EXTRAORDINARY! They fix any problems, that are MOSTLY made by "ourselves" because we are not clear how the whole thing works. THEN, when they fix a broken element for you they TEACH you what it is you did wrong by the EXAMPLE! LOVE IT. They are FAST! Thanks so much for all your SUPER FAST help! I have worked with Sherwan, Marck, Rafael and Vincent and they are ALL Super AWESOME! Thanks again! YOU GUYS are why I use OneSaas! Today Paul helped me out with a big problem that I self created.
