I've been using the connector for about a year now, there are some setup and configuration settings that you need to get right, otherwise there can be issues later on. I'm going over all of the 2021 transactions and because I didn't have some settings correct I had a lot of sync issues. I use d the live chat feature within the connector and got plenty of help setting everything up correctly. In particular, I had help from Benielle, who walked me through each step in the setup process, helped me sync everything to QBO, and waited patiently until everything was working properly. I couldn't have asked for better support.
Were trying to streamline our workload between Shopify & QBO Im not totally sure of the outcome so I needed help through the online chat. Karol helped me with some pretty difficult challenges (taxes across Canada), inventory and she was great. Very much appreciated on our end. Great service.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Troy from technical support, and I can't say enough good things about him. Troy is incredibly smart and has a remarkable ability to quickly identify and address problems. He is strictly focused on finding solutions, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
What truly sets Troy apart is his great sense of humor. Even in the midst of technical challenges, he manages to keep the atmosphere light and positive, making the experience much more enjoyable.

Rafael did a great job helping me. The app has some drawbacks but they are quick with their response. Rafael was very prompt. Much appreciated. In addition, Rominick spent a lot of time solving another problem. Great service.
The customer service is outstanding, especially from Ronnie. My questions were answered immediately and all synching issues fixed within seconds. It's the best customer service I've experienced via website.
The app is very well made and simple to set up however I still needed a little more help. Ronnie was able to fix the issue for me and explain to me the root cause. It was a setup mistake on my end! Please reach out to the Quickbooks team they are very helpful!
App is working fine. Only just installed but really easy even if you have no accounting experience. I can see why there are so many 5 * reviews here. Troy is wonderful. Knows what he is doing and does it professionally and fast. He is very patient and helped me a lot :)
Used OneSaas to sync the Sales. Worked with Troy from OneSaas and he was very helpful. Very thorough customer service and was extremely patient. I would recommend. Looking forward to when OneSaas can integrate Bundles into the auto sync as well
