Just had Paul helping me with connecting OneSaas and then fixing a tonne of errors! he literally took all the stress away. I've been putting off contacting because I was worried it was going to be an impossible task explaining my issue and then trying to get the techy bits done...but Paul to the rescue - all done and sorted within the hour and nothing more to do. These guys are always on point anytime I need help or have an issue. They always go out of their way to fix issues immediately. The last call with Karol was awesome, cleared up everything within a few minutes.

This is an excellent app. Every connection/integration app we have has issues. This Shopify <> Quickbooks connector app (1) has fewer issues than most and (2) has THE BEST CUSTOMERS SUPPORT I've experienced with any integration ever. The support team (Ben especially) is incredibly helpful. They solve everything extremely quickly and efficiently. I wish all software had support like this.

I had some syncing issues between QB Online and Shopify. I contact OneSaas via the chat service and Ronnie was able to identify the issue and help me right away. Thank you Ronnie..

Sherwin was very helpful. Customer service is excellent. I was having a couple of problems on my account, and they fixed them very quickly. I'm very grateful.

I was skeptical, but loving it so far. Working well. Also captures my Etsy sales! I had set up myself a few weeks ago, but just getting back today to check if it was working. I had some mapping issues, etc. But Sherwin (chat agent) got everything working smoothly in just a few minutes. He completely understood not only his product but QuickBooks. It was super straightforward. Thanks for helping set me up, so glad I tried the chat support.

Troy was extremely helpful in configuring the refunds in the app for us. We've always found there support to be professional and speedy.
