QuickBooks Online Global

This app has really eliminated a lot of manual entry for us. There have been a few hiccups with mapping to our products, that was a combination of our QBO data and the app. But we have been extremely pleased by the customer service/tech responses. Dean recently was able to quickly resolve an issue that should keep us on track moving forward.

App is easy to navigate. If you have issues with the import of sales data, make sure to use the Chat feature, as their reps can easily work on it and clear the issues. Karol was super helpful and quick with my request. Glad Intuit purchased OneSaas in 2021, customer services has gotten better!

ROM was the person in charge to make our experience with QBO excellent. Until we get in touch with customer service many doubts arises using the import tool. Rom handle everything very professionally and quickly solves our sync problems. Excellent support!

We have been using this app for 2 years and it has a learning curve that needs to be applied but with folks like David and Rapheal you can sit back and watch the problems resolve themselves. David helped me before my regular work hours so I am not sure their work hours but they are always there to help. The support is only chat but honestly it leaves my other resources free to do other tasks at the same time! This saves time and money! I always feel comfortable when David jumps on the chat. I know the problem is solved after a few quick answers and on with the next tasks! Keep up the good work David and Rapheal! I am sure there are others on the ready to help but this is my experience.

Sync issues resolved in minutes. Lori is the best! Her knowledge of the program is excellent and offered some great suggestions for the future.

Excellent support from Rom! He walked me through the process of setting up the integration and it seems to be working great! He also helped fix some errors we were having and everything working great now
