NEW REVIEW: Just had RONNIE helping me with more inventory syncing problems. Hopefully they will be for sure fixed now! Ronnie was great in walking me through things and fixing on QBO integration end. Knowledgeable, speedy and effective. So very grateful!!!!
NEW REVIEW from recent issues: Had an ongoing problem(s). The latest with inventory syncing problems were fixed QUICKLY by RAFAEL. Hours I could've saved by coming first to him. Thank you so so so much! My review is about the support not the app....yet! Troy answered my questions efficiently, kindly - and to my great satisfaction! I appreciated his ready responses and the information links he sent, his encouragement in what was ahead for using this app and integration with my store, and the assurance that help was always at hand (during the week! :) ). I'm excited to get this linked with my store and the streamlining it will allow for my complicated life.
Even though it says this app isn't compatible with my shop, I've had it installed for awhile now. It's not the easiest thing to configure, and for awhile I had daily error notifications that I could not fix, making a bit of a mess in QBO for me. I finally reached out to customer service for help after my accountant couldn't determine the issue or fix. I gave them access to my shop and they configured everything for me and then when I had another error message, they fixed that as well. I'm super pleased with the help they've provided me, and the app service overall. If you're using QBO and Shopify, this is a great solution.
Would love to see some of the syncing workflows go both ways (Shopify to QBO and QBO to Shopify) but the app really does accomplish a lot of things we need it to already. Troy and Sherwin both were super helpful in resolving the issues I had too.
This app is the BOMB. The customer service is AMAZING. It makes my life 1000x easier not having to enter my invoices manually within Quickbooks! I had some errors pop up over the weekend and working a full-time job outside of my boutique business gives me little to no time during the day to reach out for assistance, but was happily met with the online chat function being available at 8:00pm EST. I was helped by Karol this evening and she was super kind and even sent my screenshots of directions to help me resolve the errors when I couldn't figure it out. She was very kind, courteous, and eager to help me. 10 out of 10 recommend this app! You really can't go wrong!
Their live chat support is awesome! Ronnie was able to help me update some SKUs with my inventory/Quickbooks to help me get a last minute invoice out.
