David with Shopify Chat was a HUGE help when I got an error message saying I needed to map QB to Shopify. It was quick, easy and painless!

I've been using this app for a year now since my client moved their online shop to Shopify. It works very well and considering the tens of thousand of sales being brought across I get minimal amounts of errors. On the rare occasions that I've had to use support I've also found them very helpful and get any problems I've had sorted very quickly. I particularly want to mention Nick who helped me out this morning with a syncing issue.

The support service is great! They have solved all my issues immediately and SHERWIN was very patient and helpful. He not only solved the connecting issues, but also took the time to explain why it was not working.

I have been using QuickBooks for a couple years but faced an issue a few days ago I could not figure out how to solve. I used the support via live chat today and had it addressed through great service from Dean. He was knowledgeable, attentive and quickly understood and solved the issue. I am usually skeptical about using live chats but have to admit this was very good.

Ronnie quickly retrieved the deposits that I could no longer see, explained the entire process to me and was very patient in waiting for me to complete the procedure. Thanks!

Support throughout the trial has been exceptional thus far with Karol and others. I will further update as i continue to evaluate this app. But so far, it is good.
