Had and issue where the Sales Receipt number was not filtering through as a whole and only coming through in partial numbers. Nick helped with adding a prefix. Awesome service from Nick. Super helpful. Keep it up. ;)

I've used this app and its predecessor for 5+years to sync sales transactions, and have found it to be very powerful, and highly configurable. I needed to transition from the legacy version of the app to the latest, and was able to get live chat support straight away to guide me through it. I have been using this app for a number of years and it is very reliable and integrates seamlessly with QBO. If you do have an issue (rare) the support is first class through the chat function. Had a sync issue today and Ben had this resolved very quickly.
