QuickBooks Online Global

I just wanted to say that I really appreciate how intuitive this app is. It's so easy to use, even for someone like me who isn't very tech-savvy. I also wanted to mention that I had a question about how to use the app, and I contacted support. David was very helpful and got back to me very quickly. He answered all of my questions and even went above and beyond to help me out. I'm very happy with this app and I would definitely recommend it to others.

I've found OneSaas to work great to get my Shopify store to communicate with QBO and vice versa. Way better than the last application I was using with my Wordpress site. I had to close every invoice manually with that one and constantly do manual adjustments in QBO. Any problems or issues that have come up with OneSaas have been addressed promptly. The customer service is stellar with quick responses and fixes. I highly recommend. Most recently Karol helped and she was great. Rafael, Vincent and Johnny have helped in the past and also been great.

The app does what it's suppose to do. It takes a moment to set everything up. Both Karol and Rafael on the live chat were very helpful. The only annoying thing is that it cannot sync transactions more than a few months old.

Update April 4th 2023:
Another chat today for some synch issues with Dean (Quick Books Synch software) and as always, things were explained and solved very professional- really good support!

Before:
Installation and activation was very smooth. There were naturally still some options I could not figure out on how to get certain Quickbooks settings done so that I can adjust the synch software that everything works. But klicking the "Chat" optoin in the App, I experienced a quick and profound person to help me straight out with all questions. BEN could write me all the anwers I need and even send me screen shots on how things should look that the sync is working smooth and complete. So after about 15mins chat, all was good, thanks for this nice and good human support.

I love this app! It was super simple to integrate and works exactly as intended. The chat support is responsive, friendly and knowledgable. I talked to Ben today and he helped me understand my error within minutes. Recommend this app if you want to save yourself a ton of time and streamline your workflow!

I had an issue that required some assistance. Sherwin answered my questions and actually fixed the problem for me. I only had to say what was wrong. Amazing service! The product works well because of that!
