I was having difficulty and getting lots of sync errors. Rom provided excellent customer service. He was patient and walk me through everything from start to finish and my issues are now resolved.
Great customer support. Thank you Paul! They helped sync my orders from shopify over to quickbooks.
I had issues with my QBO account and had to create a new one. Lori was very helpful with getting my syncs created again. Great support

Does everything it says it does, and it comes with amazing support. Marck was great at helping me set up the app to make sure everything was integrated properly, and answered my bajillion questions with ease and patience. The best support I've had so far on Shopify's app platform.

Love the app, but the customer support is what seals the deal! Ronnie has been amazing as well as others over a few setup issues we've had. All solved now thanks to them!
Everything synced quickly and Ben helped me when one of my products didn’t transform. I recommend this app.
Sherwin was very helpful trouble shooting some sync issues we had with shopify and QBO. Thanks to his help we were able to get our stuff syncing correctly.
