Thank you David for your help with QBO & Shopify.. Really odd issue.. but sorted and sync issue cleared.. :)
I struggled with figuring out some details and then hopped on a chat with Lori. Lori was incredibly helpful, efficient, and able to help me with all my (existing) issues!
this app saved my life and sherwin was so supportive, super greatful and so happy that this app exist, will save us s much time
This app is saving me so much time, and the online chat help is actually helpful. My Customer Support person Sherwin hand held me through all the steps required to get my Shopify story synced up with Quickbooks. I only wish that I had taken the steps to do this from the get-go. Needed help to resync my QUickbook app with shopify and Sherwin is a Godsend. He is very professional and effective. I have a pleasant experience today.
Karol from customer service solved multiple sync issues within a short amount of time and with good communication. great product will continue to recommend it to all shopify sellers.
We use the app to connect Shopify POS to QB. TROY at the support / help desk was really helpful and very accessible via the chat feature in fixing some syncing issues we had. He did it so quickly and cleared up our other issues that he saw before I had a chance to ask him to help with them as well! Had some follow up issues and CLARISSE cleared things up very quickly and showed a lot of patience in dealing with my issues! The Chat feature is really great and CLARISSE was very knowledgable about solving my issues Just had a chat with RONNIE. Super patient and helpful and great at explaining order flow vs payment workflow to me. I inadvertently caused an error in the sync process due to a change in the payout mapping that I made. RONNIE resolved my issue and really helped me to understand what the mapping meant. Very grateful to have RONNIE help me!
I was having challenges with the setup. Rafael kindly explained to me how this app was different from what I had used before. He also looked at my configuration to confirm everything looked good and that I shouldn't have any problems going forward. Thank you, Rafael!!

Second time: Paul helped me second time when i was struggling to sync the order workflows from shopify to QBO. I am writing to thank Paul for helping me today with syncronizing issue. I wasn't sure as i was very new to this. Paul helped me wholeheartedly and patiently while i was trying to work it out. Paul not only helped me but also gave me additional information and corrected errors on my workflow. Thank you so much Paul for helping. I couldn't have done it without your help.
First Time: Rom was very helpful. I wanted to check if my data is deleted from shopify app so i can start a fresh. Rom helped me quickly, efficiently without any waiting time. He answered all my question and send me detailed explanations with screenshot. He also provided me with a guide to go through in future in regard to shopify integration with quickbooks.
