Rafael responded quickly and reset our Product IDs. TY Rafael.
I received awesome support today from Sherwin using their Chat tool. He helped us find a solution to an inefficient process that had been plaguing our systems for a while, and with his help we are now much more efficient and accurate!
Absolutely love the supportive and active team of specialists and professionals. I was so nervous about setting up QBO to my Shopify store, but their live chat does wonders. Sherwin was my support specialist when I first started setting up QB to my Shopify store and he gave me sound advice, provided knowledge and guidance, and then links for me to read through on how to setup my QB to Shopify. I feel confident knowing that there are really well educated professionals and competent team members behind the scenes ready to support me with any questions or concerns I have about the app. I absolutely love the professionalism and the exceptional guidance and product knowledge provided to me by Sherwin. QB is not capturing all the sales from Shopify. half of my online sales appear, and sales manually entered from the shopify app do not show up at all. please support, couldn't find anything online.
Hi there, our team are already in contact with you to try and resolve this issue. In this specific case, it would appear that several products within your QuickBooks might be deleted/merged, and thus causing sales involving these items to be blocked. Please be sure to check that you have received our team's reply from support@onesaas.com to help get this fixed.
We had an issue with or sales from shopify pulling through to Quickbooks and after a couple of failed attempts i finally was connected to Ben who knew exactly what the issue was and resolved straight away he's been an absolute godsend. I just want to say thank you so so much
I just wanted to say that I really appreciate how intuitive this app is. It's so easy to use, even for someone like me who isn't very tech-savvy. I also wanted to mention that I had a question about how to use the app, and I contacted support. David was very helpful and got back to me very quickly. He answered all of my questions and even went above and beyond to help me out. I'm very happy with this app and I would definitely recommend it to others.
This app is outstanding - it has saved me hours of time each month on accounting. And the customer service is top notch. I had a sync error today due to a change I made on the QB side and Sherwin was able to get things working again in just a few short minutes, all well being incredibly friendly. It's one of the few places that talking to customer support is actually enjoyable! I highly recommend this app.
I came a cross couple of tech issues back to back, and Ronnie was able to help me tremendously. As of today, all problems have been resolved. What a big relief!
