Paul got me all set up on the app and so far so good! I've been dreading getting our quickbooks and shopify sync as i thought it was be a pain but needless to say it's been painless!

This guy is absolutely amazing. He spent a few hours with me and we worked through everything that was going on with my connection. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone that uses shopify and Quickbooks.
Great customer service through the chat feature however the app is clunky. I would expect seamless, instant transactions considering it is owned by Intuit.
Not recommended because it has lots of bugs. I had what support called "unknown errors" and orders that just didn't sync at all without warning or error messages despite the big green checkmark showing everything was working. An app like this needs to be 100% reliable once set up properly.
Just a few of the many bugs: Sync is extremely delayed. Can't set up customer payment terms to match shopify. Can't manually re-sync an order. Any changes on the Shopify order side are not re-synced.
Hi Dalla Terra, thank you for trying out our app and providing this feedback. We have reviewed your chat interactions with us and we're sorry to say we cannot find any mentions of "unknown errors". For the vast majority of data that didn't sync without alerts, these are usually due to configuration mishaps. E.g. You may have ticked a specific filter. Please get in touch with our team via support@onesaas.com, and we can help deep dive into any missing orders promptly.
With regards to customer payment terms, yes it is true our app does not handle this matching. Our team are exploring this feature, however so far we have found that most B2C businesses do not require payment terms matching, or require incredibly specific custom rules which we currently cannot support.
As for re-syncing an order or syncing ongoing changes to the Shopify order, many of these limitations are tied directly to your QuickBooks. For example, you cannot amend line items on a paid invoice/receipt within QuickBooks.
ROM was a great help, quickly resolved everything I was struggling with.
Karol was a amazing in providing assistance in the set-up of our Shopify store connection. She was efficient and was able to answer any questions I had quickly. I commend her support highly!
Paul was amazing....I was about to cancel my subscription but Paul saved the day for me and for Quickbooks :)
I have a US-based Shopify store and recently this application was removed for new downloads for US-based stores. I reached out to OneSaas support and was prompted to start a live chat to request access to this app. I explained my goals for using this application, which included syncing customer contact data between Shopify and QBO, generating invoices in QBO using customer data for orders labeled as Pending in shopify and syncing new products from shopify to QBO. I was helped by a very nice and knowledgable support associate named Karol who answered all my questions and guided me through the process. I have been happy so far and find this app and the service to be fantastic. Thank you Karol!
Clarisse was a great help, i was coming in completely blind on how to link shopify to Quickbooks. She took me through each process and helped me a long the way. She was polite and responded so fast. Great service would definitely recommend Clarisse!!!
