Its literally 10pm. I'm absolutely stuck and I have an issue with the sync from my shopify store to quick books. I'm still getting used to quick books so Im a little out of my depth. I fired a message in chat expecting not to hear back or get an AI bot and I get a response from Nick. He found the issue straight away and spent 15 mins helping taking time to assist. I was able to sync my QBO to shopify with this app. It was a bit of learning curve, but chatting with my bookkeeper, I was able to answer the many questions that QBO required.

I wasn’t too sure how to go about integrating Shopify with QuickBooks Online Global, and honestly, the process felt a bit overwhelming at first. But Ben from the support team made all the difference.
