I was running into an error and thought of rectifying it alone. But Nick came to the rescue and resolved everything in the "nick" of time. This worked great for me because there was no hassle, no time constraints, and it was done so quickly I'm back to working as usual. I'm so grateful for this chat feature.

I contacted Support for an Shopify/QBO integration issue and was promptly connect with BEN. He spent a good amount of time working with me and helped me understand the app. As well he patiently helped me to reconnect the Shopify App to my Clients QBO account as these was an issue with the Client's bank feeds. We've been using this app for several years now so have faced several issues that I would describe as normal given the volume we do. What really makes this app outstanding is their customer service. Troy in the CS department is responsive, personal and persistent towards making sure problems get resolved, these days that type of help is impossible to find.

Really happy with the service I received today from Clarisse. Quick responses to my issues and she got straight to fixing the problem. Lovely communication and, for now at least, my connection problem has been fixed and I can get on with some work.

Costumer support was really patient with me to set all things up. I had some concerns with mapping payment and now everything is working fine! A big thank you to Dean and Troy :)
