Great app to sync orders from Shopify to QBO. The chat feature is really effective, I didn't even have to wait 1 second to get a real person on the chat box helping me. Really helpful customer service, particularly David.
I'm switching from a WooCommerce site to Shopify and am learning that the two sites have significantly different backend set up processes. Sherwin was able to help me resolve all of the critical issues to get the sync up and running correctly. I've been very please with their customer service.
I was facing some issues with the integration date, I got quickly synced up with Paul. He firstly clarified my doubt and why I am unable to backdate sync. Then he was kind enough to go point by point with me over the entire integration process. He was very patient and helpful.
This app is confusing to set up on your own! It took me many attempts as each sync had new errors. However, the support staff are extremely helpful and can walk you through it so that you don't go through the trial and error (or they will help you with that too). Benielle has helped me especially work out all the mapping I did incorrectly, and now it seems to be doing the trick. Definitely helps connect inventory and sales between QB online and shopify. Later help was given by Paul and that was excelent as well. I wish product costs and other things would sync to quickbooks
Sherwin was super attentive to my needs and helping me troubleshoot on the App. The app seems to be working well. Although, I do wish it provided automatic bulk matching of receipts with bank deposits. MyWorks on WooCommerce has this feature and it saves me MASSIVE amounts of time. Hope this app can offer this soon!
I am going to use this app to get a better handle on inventory. Sherwin was very helpful and provided me with a couple of tutorials that I think will be very helpful to this novice. Wish me luck!
I am in the process of using this app to connect my business to quickbooks. Ben and Rom were very helpful Customer support people that I chatted with when I needed help, and both were very nice.
I use this app to sync my products and transaction with QBO. For the most part, this program works. However, every once in a while a weird error will show up that they have to fix on the back end. Overall, I am pleased with it for the most part. Today, my support specialist was Ben and he provided excellent customer service and resolved the issues for me. Thank you, Ben!
Initial setup can be challenging if you are not familiar with Syncing Apps.
We reached out to Customer Support and Sherwin did a great job helping us with the initial sync. He worked with us solving all the issues we had. We are now up and syncing. Thanks!!!
So far it has been a bit difficult. Got help today from ROM and I hope it will be working as it should and Quickbooks does no longer double up my payments
