Love this app, saves me so much time, sends me an email to let me know if there are any issues with the sync, and if your not sure how to fix it there is always someone available on the online chat to help. Clarisse has helped me out a few times now and has always sorted the issues and explained how to avoid future issues.
Been chatting to David on the Customer Service desk today to help explain an issue with the rounding, he was very helpful and turns out I was worrying over nothing! But then whilst he was checking this he noticed a potential mapping error and fixed it for me before it became an issue.

I love this app! It was super simple to integrate and works exactly as intended. The chat support is responsive, friendly and knowledgable. I talked to Ben today and he helped me understand my error within minutes. Recommend this app if you want to save yourself a ton of time and streamline your workflow!
The live tech support service was fantastic and allowed me to continuing working into the evening as I started my chat at about 8pm in the evening. David, the tech support that answered the chat bubble, was incredibly patient and took the time to explain the changes needed along with screenshots. He was able to quickly help me resolve an issue with the configuration, clear the outstanding sync issues being experienced, and show me how to fix it myself in the future - all in less than 15 minutes. Kuddos to your customer service, David!
