QuickBooks Online Global

Was a good app for integrations between MYOB and Shopify. Now with Intuits takeover of OneSaas and their decision to try and remove integration options with their opposition MYOB, they are dropping MYOB support in July. They are refusing to provide support or assistance with changing over to another platform. Frustrating!

Probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had- Thank you Troy! I needed some advice on syncing the data from Shopify to QB and had run into some trouble with the selection I had made and resulting journal entries. Within a minute, Troy was available on the chat. Based on my experience, I would suggest using QuickBooks as it is user-friendly and enables you to synchronize all transactions in a single location. I'm glad that ROM able to assist me in verifying the integration between Shopify and QuickBooks. It's always great to have someone knowledgeable and helpful to rely on.

Support is great. I was having an issue with my inventory syncing and Vincent resolved the issue within minutes.

We used this app and we had some difficulties at first, but we got help on their chat from Clarisse who was so helpful, responsive, and positive and she fixed the settings so that everything could come through correctly and even helped resync some of the old invoices that hadn't come through so now everything is working well for us! So grateful for the great support
