I just started using this app and some of the settings were beyond my knowledge. The customer service rep, Dean, was absolutely fantastic in helping correct my issues.

This app is great once you get it set up correctly. Their support team is amazing though, and will help you quickly figure it out. They are knowledgable and extremely helpful. Vincent in particular was fantastic support today. Highly recommend.

Dean with Customer support was extremely helpful. It's not always easy to communicate via chat and Dean made it very easy. He made sure to check in with me when the time was getting long due to him looking up my issue. I appreciate customer service with patience and understanding. Thank you!

Seamless integration as well between QBO and Shopify. I highly recommend this product over all the others out there.

Tried another app to connect with QuickBooks Online and it wouldn't work. This one worked within a few minutes. Had to contact support for one small thing and Hazel gave me an answer very quickly!

I had some problems connecting my shopify to my QBO and Paul from customer services was quick and very helpful !! The chat customer service is awesome, quick and effective!!
An other day I still had some problems with the synchronization and Dean was super helpful and quick!! Thanks!
