The app works great for the most part. I've had numerous issues, but they do always get resolved. Most recently Troy helped me solve a big issue of invoices not syncing properly. He dug through old stuff to come up with a way of solving some issues that were persisting. Went out of his way to fix it.
The app was a pain to sync to my Shopify store because I was having issues on my end, but once we got it to work it was great! Ronnie stayed with me for a long time to let me sort out details on my end. He was so very patient and walked me through everything! Now that everything is set up, it flows smoothly :)
Clarrise helped me or assisted on what to do after integrating the apps, and she's very helpful. Now i need to try and wait if my expectations to the apps to my QBO will meet my expectations as still currently syncing.
Customer Service is very good. Thanks Ronnie for your help! This app is free and serves the purposes of our online retail location. The strength of this app is that it allows you to use QBO's built in inventory instead of springing for yet another third party app. It will actually record changes in stock and COGS using QBO Plus' FIFO feature. The only complaint I would make is that the app is not set up to record both the sales and payouts so there is a bit of extra work needed on the reconciliation end. There is also no way to record gift card liabilities or cash if you have a POS system. For a simple solution to a simple setup this works great.
While the app wasn't quite right for our company's needs, the support we received while testing was exemplary. Hazel, Marck and Vincent were terrific!

I found it a bit awkward to set up but Clarrise was so helpful and guided me through the problems I was having! Hardly any wait time and helped straight away!
The app is a bit confusing to set up and get everything synced properly. But then I chatted with Paul in their support chat widget and he helped me out really quickly. Very smooth after that.
Very good bones, a few improvements needed to make the workflow really optimized. The customer service team is great, Troy helped me resolved a few issues and they seem very open to feedback about new ideas/features. That extra start could be easily earned with a little dev work on their end!
Needed to reach out to help/support as I had a couple questions on completing the settings. Rafael was so helpful! He answered my questions immediately and was very professional. Would definitely recommend this app.
I'll move this up to 5 stars once I confirm that the issues we had have all been fixed. Dean was great on the chat support and I now have a clear direction to get things working.
