Rafael was very helpful and took the time to help me understand. I really appreciate a customer service that is resourceful to their customers.especially being a new business owner.
This app has the best customer service of any app I have worked with. This has saved an incredible amount of time and even more important it has reduced human errors in transferring invoices. I have worked with many of the customer service reps and they have all been amazing, but the most recent was Karol and wow she made things so easy to understand and helped iron some things out. Without a doubt this app is great for what it does. Take the free trial and work with the customer service to get it set up properly!

The customer support Rep LORI was very helpful in resolving my problem. I can't believe she was very patient and answering all my questions. I can't ask for better service.
I was worried that this app wasn't going to work for us until I reached out to support. Karol was extremely attentive and helped make my job so much easier! Troy provided excellent customer support. He demonstrated repeatedly a deep technical understanding of complicated and specific issues and quickly identified and implemented solutions. All while exhibiting a very positive experience. Every time I contact support the issue is handled with professionalism and expertise. I believe OneSaaS is the answer to very time consuming revenue reconciliations.

The app comes in handy if you're using Quickbooks with Shopify. Setting it up is fairly easy and doesn't necessarily take customer support to assist. It may take a little time to figure out which Workflow's you need and don't need, but its flawless after achieving that. I did run into an issue where I wasn't receiving sync report emails. After some time passed, Ronnie was able to get me sorted out. I look forward to using this app for the foreseeable future.
Karol & Hazel, have been exceptional in their ability to solve my syncing problems, which I probably created. Epic customer service!!
