This app is wonderful. My only complaint is that it consistently generates errors for POS sales because the customer name is missing.
Customer support has been very helpful anytime I needed help clearing the errors. Today, I spoke with Sherwin who fixed the problem for me in a blink!
We had some issues setting up the initial integration but Ben provided excellent service via the online chat function and was able to get things cleaned up quickly and efficiently.
I would highly recommend this app. If you ever have any problems, they are super helpful on the chat too. Rom was AMAZING when helping me with some technical issues. Very friendly, kind and knowledgeable!
David helped us to recover a product that was not syncing properly to QBO from Shopify and had been marked Ignore Error and Don't Attempt a Retry. He confirms undoing that choice is only possible from his end. I am not entirely sure I understand why that choice is there, especially since it is tricky to undo it.
The app itself is very good. We have been very pleased with how well it syncs our Shopify data to QBO and uploads our Inventory levels too.
Online support from Francois has been amazing - instant response, and able to fix all my sync issues!

I app is my favorite option for syncing QBO and shopify because we need to track destination based sales tax for washington state. It beings in more data than I would like, but is easy to use. Sherwin at support is great and helped me get set up, very easy to reach support and help was quick.
Karol was great at understanding my issue and helping me through the process. We didn't get it 100% resolved - as it has to be escalated within their developer team, but at least we have a plan of action and know exactly what needs to be done. looking forward to the final help
