Great Support! I had a several errors that needed to be cleared and David stayed on chat with me until we cleared every error. He provided the answers I needed to resolve these recurring errors once and for all. Highly recommend.

This is a very useful App, make us save quite some time.
Also great support from Ben & also David, very pro-active and fix your mapping issue very quickly.

This has been a great app but their customer service is even better. I ran into a snag and for some reason could not figure out how to do something. Paul was amazing! He walked me through what needed to be done. Highly recommend.

Customer service is great... everyone is always very helpful and quickly responds to requests. Today David fixed a problem for me, and continuously updated me and followed up to make sure it was all correct.

Edit: I ran into another issue, and David took care of it again! :-) Great CS!

Sherwin and Rafael did an amazing job in fixing the issues we were getting when syncing Shopify with Quickbooks. Great job and they were quick to respond too!
Nick has done a fantastic job in helping resolve our issues too!

It's not seemless, but the support is great and problems are resolved in a quick fashion. Can't ask for more.
