Sherwin was very helpful in answering my question - he asked for screenshots and asked questions until he understood exactly my problem. Unfortunately there isn't a solution but he took the time to understand and help.

4 Stars for the technical integration, the lack of cost values integration and starting stock values for products means there needs to me a lot of hands on either data entry or duplication of efforts in the creation of products for inventory and tracking purposes. These are two key core data points for both accounting and sales reporting, its a little baffling that QBO hasn't resolved this. The best work around is a process to manually update the entries, or to have the new products updated with a 3rd party app, or forego this part of the integration completely.
5 star rating for customer service. I have been working with Sherwin and they have been very attentive and hands on and helped me with re-configuration of our integrations to Shopify. I would 100% recommend the support team, they now just need to be given the right tools and product features so they don't have to work so hard to help us.
The app works but the timeout errors are a consistent problem. The customer service and support is very good. They can help you with issues

Ben helped me resolve syncing issues with my account and made sure that they would not continue happening.
I had trouble getting my Shopify to integrate with my quickbooks. Troy was very helpful in the online support chat. He got things all set up for me.
I've had the app installed for awhile, but didn't have it set up properly resulting in hundreds of orders not syncing with QB. I had help from one of their support staff, Ben, and he helped me identify and address the various issues clunking up my connection. Not only did he get hands-on in helping me fix the issues, he also provided info on how I can address or change any of the information on my own in the future. I hope I can upgrade this review to 5 stars once a few weeks have passed and the data is processed more smoothly.
Mostly working, but currently we're experiencing a technical issue. Not yet resolved, but Vince in support is killin' it with great customer chat support. Thanks, Vince!
I'm about to write a critical review of an app which I truly like and for which I have received exceptional service. It is not an understatement to say that I would not be able to operate without this free app from OneSaas syncing the data between Shopify and QuickBooks for me, and when I have asked for help they have always been able to assist me.
Here's why I have deducted a star: As polite and helpful as they are, I don't want to talk to them anymore. I've started submitting tickets for items that could easily be resolved with a quick chat because at the end of an online chat, they ask something along the lines of, "Can you do me a favor?" That is followed by a very specific request for you to write a review AND to use their name (i.e. the name of the tech that assisted you) when you do so. I think they probably get some kind of bonus when their name is mentioned, based on the fact that every one of them asks the same way, but I am not going to review an app every time I get assistance from them. One review should suffice, unless your opinion changes, but I can't mention one tech and not every other who has provided me with the same level of service. Plus I'm usually trying to resolve whatever the problem is while I'm still assisting customers, and I don't need to prolong the interaction.
OneSaas, you should know you have a great team and they have always been polite and professional, but please stop telling them to beg us for a review!
