I've had the app installed for awhile, but didn't have it set up properly resulting in hundreds of orders not syncing with QB. I had help from one of their support staff, Ben, and he helped me identify and address the various issues clunking up my connection. Not only did he get hands-on in helping me fix the issues, he also provided info on how I can address or change any of the information on my own in the future. I hope I can upgrade this review to 5 stars once a few weeks have passed and the data is processed more smoothly.
I'm about to write a critical review of an app which I truly like and for which I have received exceptional service. It is not an understatement to say that I would not be able to operate without this free app from OneSaas syncing the data between Shopify and QuickBooks for me, and when I have asked for help they have always been able to assist me.
Here's why I have deducted a star: As polite and helpful as they are, I don't want to talk to them anymore. I've started submitting tickets for items that could easily be resolved with a quick chat because at the end of an online chat, they ask something along the lines of, "Can you do me a favor?" That is followed by a very specific request for you to write a review AND to use their name (i.e. the name of the tech that assisted you) when you do so. I think they probably get some kind of bonus when their name is mentioned, based on the fact that every one of them asks the same way, but I am not going to review an app every time I get assistance from them. One review should suffice, unless your opinion changes, but I can't mention one tech and not every other who has provided me with the same level of service. Plus I'm usually trying to resolve whatever the problem is while I'm still assisting customers, and I don't need to prolong the interaction.
OneSaas, you should know you have a great team and they have always been polite and professional, but please stop telling them to beg us for a review!

It has bugs at times, but customer service is great. Hazel has helped me several times and has been detailed and attentive.
sherwin helped a lot with product sync as i had many issues in the past. but all works now and they are fast
I really like this app a lot .. i am new to bookkeeping and this was eye-opening.. the support was great..Benielle was super patient and helpful .. thank you
Hazel was great in helping me integrate my app and gave me advice for QBO to be easier in set up. Great patience and help on every step of the way.
Rominick helped me with the problem I had. He was very helpful. It was solved very quick and smooth. I'm very happy he helped me with my problem, but to write this review was very difficult.
We had the same issue as some of the other reviewers (sync issues) but Lori at QBO's support team was EXTREMELY quick to resolve the issue and get us back on track!
I'm switching from a WooCommerce site to Shopify and am learning that the two sites have significantly different backend set up processes. Sherwin was able to help me resolve all of the critical issues to get the sync up and running correctly. I've been very please with their customer service.
I was facing some issues with the integration date, I got quickly synced up with Paul. He firstly clarified my doubt and why I am unable to backdate sync. Then he was kind enough to go point by point with me over the entire integration process. He was very patient and helpful.
