Great app, big time saver. Lori was a huge help getting a few things worked out in mapping to my quickbooks. Amazing when you can find someone who is more than willing to help and offers knowledge and solutions that make a small business owner's life easier. Super grateful, Lori!

I haven't used the app yet, as I am a new user, so this feedback is more about the setup process and Sherwin (who assisted me through live chat). Selections were confusing and fairly technical IMO, however, Sherwin was very patient and helpful, as he explained and supported me through each requirement step-by-step. Very helpful indeed. Perhaps fields can be better described for non-professional accountant users.

Amazing Integration and their support is top notch and show a lot of care. My latest experience was with Sherwin and she did an awesome job. 200% recommend this app.
