Had, some advanced issues that needed tech support, and Dean helped me work through to solve the issues. I'm a very happy chappie, and my accountant will be too.

Returned to need service again, Ronnie helped me solve the issue and had me on my way again in less than five minutes. Very happy with the service.

Just started with this app and looking forward to using it. Ronnie in customer service was great helping me get everything straight. Needed some help tonight reconnecting the app and Ronne was there again and did a great job on getting things set for me. Would recommend this app.

We spoke the a gentlemen named Sherwin and we has very helpful and very fast with providing my partner and i the information we needed. i would recommend anyone who is having trouble working through the site to use customer service. it's very helpful. The app is user friendly and and i have no complains

They are always super helpful. Sherwin was talking to was even making me laugh! He assured me... 'not to worry, I am here' and said 'Let me go ahead and do the magic '. He was extremely quick with finding a solution and waited until I was finished doing what I needed to on my end, which took about 20 minutes! Thank you! Highly recommend. Had to contact customer service again today, August 30)! Spoke with Rominick... all the staff is super helpful and very courteous . This app works great!

I use this app to help me connect my Shopify site with QuickBooks Online.
I would like more ability to make more specific options on the website, as it's rather basic, but it does work.
Mostly I wanted to compliment the excellent customer service I was given by Troy (troy@onesaas.com). He was patient, kind, and stucjk with me until my problem was solved.

Customer Service Lori is very helpful and patient. She helps me resolved all issues and questions.

Customer Service Dean is also very helpful and patient. He helps me resolving all my issues today.

Had some issues with the connector with one product, due to an error on my end, David was brilliant in solving the issues and took the time to understand the problem and correct it.

Great Support. Worked with Paul, started the chat and he was there in a minute. 15 minutes later, he had helped me clear and sync about 3 months of backlog. Great attitude and problem-solving qualities.
