There was an email stating a workflow problem, and being a newbie, I didn't know what that meant exactly. I was able to connect with Quickbook supports, and the customer service agent Ronnie was a tremendous help.
I was under the impression once I added all my tax information, that would be it, however, I had to go to the app and set taxes there as well, which is missing information upon setting up the app integration. As a newbie, this wasn't very clear as to why my transactions were not integrating.
It was really a quick fix.
Also having a customer support agent, Ronnie at midnight after my night job, working on my side job before I relaunch was an incredible surprise. I am super grateful for the support of Ronnie. Ronnie was very patient, informative, and professional and we resolved matters quickly. I even learned from the experience. Bravo! It's a great app, and definitely an asset for business to have that integration.
Even though it says this app isn't compatible with my shop, I've had it installed for awhile now. It's not the easiest thing to configure, and for awhile I had daily error notifications that I could not fix, making a bit of a mess in QBO for me. I finally reached out to customer service for help after my accountant couldn't determine the issue or fix. I gave them access to my shop and they configured everything for me and then when I had another error message, they fixed that as well. I'm super pleased with the help they've provided me, and the app service overall. If you're using QBO and Shopify, this is a great solution.
I recently had the pleasure of working with ROM to set up OneSaaS for QuickBooks. ROM was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to understand my needs and to explain the different options available to me. He also made sure that I was comfortable with the setup before he left.
I was particularly impressed with ROM's patience and attention to detail. He was willing to answer all of my questions, no matter how small. He also took the time to make sure that everything was set up correctly.
As a result of ROM's help, I was able to set up OneSaaS for QuickBooks quickly and easily. I am now confident that I am using the best possible solution for my business.

Sherwin was an absolute GEM! He was so very patient with me and helped walk me thru the entire process! Made changes when something wasn't quite like I needed it, extremely knowledgeable, and just a joy to work with!! I am very hopeful that this app will be everything that I need to sync Shopify POS with Quickbooks Online. I am coming from the world of Quickbooks POS with Quickbooks Desktop as our system for the past 15 years, I was getting quite frustrated with Quickbooks for doing away with their POS system and recommending Shopify POS, as they were not talking to each other in the way I was used to with everything just happening in the background with me not having to do journal entries or any extra work to keep my books in order with the old system. I believe we have almost everything syncing close to the way it used to and I will only have a slight learning curve to adjust to. :) I am very happy and pleased!!! Today I got to experience the online chat and let me tell you- this was unexpected. Sherwin was amazing and super helpful in every way possible. Instantly found the issue and made sure each decision and change was explained properly and brought it down to regular people lingo. If there were more stars I would give more. Second time: Paul helped me second time when i was struggling to sync the order workflows from shopify to QBO. I am writing to thank Paul for helping me today with syncronizing issue. I wasn't sure as i was very new to this. Paul helped me wholeheartedly and patiently while i was trying to work it out. Paul not only helped me but also gave me additional information and corrected errors on my workflow. Thank you so much Paul for helping. I couldn't have done it without your help.
First Time: Rom was very helpful. I wanted to check if my data is deleted from shopify app so i can start a fresh. Rom helped me quickly, efficiently without any waiting time. He answered all my question and send me detailed explanations with screenshot. He also provided me with a guide to go through in future in regard to shopify integration with quickbooks. Thanks a lot Rom. Excellent service.
Very useful app, and saves a lot of time.
I messed things up by recreating my quickbooks account and messing up all the links in the backend, but Rom from support helped me out super quickly and got me back up and running.
Note to anyone reading, you're going to have issues if you ask Quickbooks to start over after installing this app. I would install the app only when you're sure your quickbooks is setup how you like.
Anyway, good little app and super fast and professional support.
This app is outstanding - it has saved me hours of time each month on accounting. And the customer service is top notch. I had a sync error today due to a change I made on the QB side and Sherwin was able to get things working again in just a few short minutes, all well being incredibly friendly. It's one of the few places that talking to customer support is actually enjoyable! I highly recommend this app.
This app works quite well, though I had a bit of a challenge setting up. Sherwin helped me though and I was sorted out in no time - thanks!! I had a few other issues, and Lori helped me; customer service has been great, very quick and genuinely helpful!
The one downside is that inventory doesn't work for me to sync in QBO since QBO's inventory system isn't great, but Shopify tracks it well enough and we do have a specialty product/business, so it usually makes things extra complicated anyways.
I have been dealing with some sync issues and couldn't figure out how to fix them. I contacted chat support and was lucky enough to reach Karol. She was able to not only fix the issue, but she told me what the issue was so I could fix it myself in the future. I wish I had reached out sooner! A+ service. No waiting in a chat queue or speaking with a bot. Outstanding! We need more people like Karol in this world!
