David did an awesome job helping me out with a syncing issue. It's great knowing that every time such an issue comes up I can have it resolved quickly and easily with the help of the QuickBooks customer service folk. Much appreciated!

I used this application to help me to connect my quickbooks account with Shopify, It is working properly. Sherwin is the person who help me, and his customer service was great.

We had an issue with duplicate transaction fees being applied (which was our own fault due to setting things up the wrong way). Great customer service from Sherwin! I had an error trying to sync my products and he noticed and directly chatted with me asking if I needed help. Solved my issue right away.

The app works pretty well, but does have errors here and there. However, the best part is the customer service chat. Everyone who has helped me is quick and always resolves the issue. Most recently, I spoke with Dean. I can't say enough about the knowledge and professionalism of the customer support here.
