Had, some advanced issues that needed tech support, and Dean helped me work through to solve the issues. I'm a very happy chappie, and my accountant will be too.

Returned to need service again, Ronnie helped me solve the issue and had me on my way again in less than five minutes. Very happy with the service.

ROM was great in helping me understand the connection between QBO & Amazon marketplace. Each time that ROM has helped me in the past I went away with a better understanding of what is going on.

We spoke the a gentlemen named Sherwin and we has very helpful and very fast with providing my partner and i the information we needed. i would recommend anyone who is having trouble working through the site to use customer service. it's very helpful. The app is user friendly and and i have no complains

They are always super helpful. Sherwin was talking to was even making me laugh! He assured me... 'not to worry, I am here' and said 'Let me go ahead and do the magic '. He was extremely quick with finding a solution and waited until I was finished doing what I needed to on my end, which took about 20 minutes! Thank you! Highly recommend. Had to contact customer service again today, August 30)! Spoke with Rominick... all the staff is super helpful and very courteous . This app works great!

I use this app to help me connect my Shopify site with QuickBooks Online.
I would like more ability to make more specific options on the website, as it's rather basic, but it does work.
Mostly I wanted to compliment the excellent customer service I was given by Troy (troy@onesaas.com). He was patient, kind, and stucjk with me until my problem was solved.

I am using Quickbooks Online with a POS Shopify and had trouble with syncing the two using the Application QuickBooks Connector which is QuickBooks Online Global on Shopify. I"'ve had some trouble with the syncing and tried the chat to figure it out. Sherwin was my helper and he was amazing. He fixed all my issues! I'm relieved to have the syncing issues gone.

Had some issues with the connector with one product, due to an error on my end, David was brilliant in solving the issues and took the time to understand the problem and correct it.

Thanks to good customer service, Hats off to TROY!!! I was about to give up and manually record but Troy saved me hours of misery. Thanks Troy!
