i used this app to help convert to quickbooks, i was struggling to do this manually and contacted the support team. Sherwin talked me through the whole thing and took all the stress away. customer support is first class!

Overall a great app. Customer support is excellent when you have problems as well. It's a little hard to get it all set up correctly but it saves a lot of time when you do.

I haven't used the app yet, as I am a new user, so this feedback is more about the setup process and Sherwin (who assisted me through live chat). Selections were confusing and fairly technical IMO, however, Sherwin was very patient and helpful, as he explained and supported me through each requirement step-by-step. Very helpful indeed. Perhaps fields can be better described for non-professional accountant users.
