BEN with costumer support was such an amazing help with guiding me along the process of some of the ins and outs of the app. Thanks Ben! Same with the second timei needed help dean was great!
Was initially difficult to setup but with the support chat (which i didn't realize was available earlier) it was easybreezy. The CS rep Sherwin was so helpful and patient, guiding me through each step. And i got it configured correctly in the end. I would only say i wish they'd make the support chat more visible so users can get help right away!
The app itself can be challenging to master, but they have a great support. A big thanks to Ben for his help!

I had some issues with the new Sync between Shopify and QBO. Vincent was quick to help me resolve the issue. I have dealt with Vincent previously and I have always been happy with his support
This app has been a good solution for tying our b2b and b2c elements together. The support team especially LORI is excellent quickly and efficiently solving any problem. specific aspects that need improvement, such as how it deals with returns/exchanges, have yet to be addressed. once this has been solved I will definitely amend it to 5 stars.
We are just getting this app up and running and the customer support at 11pm was great. Ronnie helped me work through my problems and get me set up and heading in the right direction in no time. Was a relief that I could find someone so late at night, never know when you get the free time to work on all the little ins and outs needed to get it all sorted.
Sherwin from Customer Support resolved my error very very well, I was impressed by the comprehensiveness of the service and explanation. One possible improvement could be having fewer questions asking about how I'm doing and completing the survey but instead going straight to the issue, but I appreciated it nonetheless.
This app is good, but there are definitely some things I would change especially regarding payments that happen at a later date that are not transferred to QB... but when there are issues with problem invoices that do not sync correctly, their chat feature has always helped me out. Dean today, was especially helpful in resolving my problem with a customer file that I had all mangled up!
I have an issue with tax rates that I haven't been able to sort out yet, hence the 4 stars, but the customer service is amazing. Today I got Paul and he worked with me relentlessly till all my questions were answered. Smart, efficient, and patient.
