Rom works great with me in rectifying my Online global issue that i was having linking the shopify app with. Perfectly assisted, ease my headache and stress.
Dean was SO helpful. I was heading down a confusing path and he cleared it all up for me! Great customer service. The four star is only because the app doesn't fully communicate with Shopify regarding products.
Dean was great - helped me quickly fix what I was sure was a major problem that was going to lead me to have to cancel Quickbooks.
The app works well and is very easy to set up. I've run into a few bugs here and there, but nothing major, and the customer support has always been very quick and effective at resolving the issues.
I used this app to help integrate QB Self-Employed. Ronnie was a big help and walked me step by step. I wish he were able to help on the QB integration once we synched (can't see the entries in QB and now need to contact QB to fix that end.)
Initial Shopify - OneSaas - QBO Synch Setting errors caused missing transactions in QBO. While I thought the process was going to be quite painful, Ben was knowledgeable, helpful and effective in resolving synching issues.
I had a bit of trouble using the app since I'm not tech savvy, but customer service was outstanding. Thank you Ronnie for your help
Paul was of great help to me, although the app is difficult to use without assistance. I just downloaded it so will see how effective it works with time
I'm in the beginning stages of setting up my connection between QB and Shopify. I found the customer support to be very helpful in answering my questions.
It works great!
Some things have yet to be fixed from the developer side, like enabling a trigger for full stock sync if you accidentally change your stock number in the Shopify store. Overall it works as it supposed to.
