Thank you Rominick for your great advice and guidance. Also thanks for the helpful articles. My book keeper wishes we could account for fees and also have the funds deposited to "undepostited funds" at the same time, so that is extra work that I hope one day will be optimized.

The app is easy to set up and pulls the sales information across to Quickbooks but not the cost of sales even though there are questions in the set up about where the costs should go. Possibly a future upgrade Onesaas?
I did have a problem with sales discounts which QBO presented correctly if the discount was below 50% but not if it was above 50% - the discount and the sales tax were not presented or accounted for correctly. Hazel on the support team was very helpful.
Shervin helped me in configuration and now all is working really fine. App is nice and will multiply functionality.
I had problems reconciling my clients payment and invoice in QB, but thanks to Paul for saving me! He helped me edit the settings and guide me along the way!
The support from OneSaas is phenomenal. I've dealt with Vince in particular a couple of times when I had questions about how OneSaas and Quickbooks Online interact and Vince has been incredible to deal with every time. Vince is very pleasant, thorough and to the point, while still being attentive. I am very pleased with this application, its integration with QBO, and ongoing company support and would hands down recommend it to others.
Our company uses this app to sell our NA beer online. There have definitely been some bumps along the way getting it all worked out, but the support staff is awesome! Always able to fix our problems and very little wait time. Benielle helped me today and was able to address the issues, help me fix them, and get things back to normal quickly.
Still on my 7 day trial period but had issues syncing my data. Was able to connect with Dean via chat instantly without any wait time. He dug around to figure out what was the issue. Turns out it the issue was on Quickbooks' end. Dean walked me through how to change some settings on Quickbooks and my issue was resolved! Will likely switch over to paid plan. Very much appreciate the instant support, which is hard to find nowadays, I find.

I downloaded the app this evening and had some troubles getting used to it. I contacted support, which got back to me within a minute! (it's 8pm my time.) I was connected with Troy who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient.
