I had an issue with connector today and I reached out to the customer service for help. Luckily I got connected to ROM and let me tell you it was the best customer service experience I ever had. The patience, the detailed instructions, the dedication to help. This experience really made my day and I'm thankful for Rom's help.
I had issues with syncing between Shopify and QBO and Sherwin from connector jumped on to help. He was so fast and so helpful. He solved all my issues and he even educated me on a few points to do with connector and QBO. Once finished he gave me some links to QBO for me to learn more. Great help!
I had quite a few issues trying to get things to sync because of how the chart of accounts was set up. I got on chat and Rom answered almost straight away, stayed with me for over half an hour and got everything working. Honestly great service! And now it's much easier for me to record the fees with the shopify payouts and make sure everything is done correctly.
Thanks David from customer support. i was looking for functionality to integrate two shopify ecommerce store (under one account from shopify) to be connected via QB connector in one single account. MR. David has went with me step by step with photoshoots from my account with patience and professionalism till i confirmed i am satisfied with outcome. that make me more satisfied with exceptional customer support that QB not only the distinguished features and ease to use they have.

I love this app and it is easy to use. I did manage to do something silly though when setting up products. I reached out to support and go the amazing Rom to assist. Rom was all over the problem instantly, sorted it out instantly and I was utterly impressed by how quickly my problem went from me thinking I would have to start from scratch to be completely fixed. Rom you are wonderful and thank you so much.
Sherwin provided exceptional assistance in helping us integrate the app into our store. Despite the app's unavailability in our region initially, he promptly resolved the issue. The app is fantastic, and his support was outstanding!
This app has been a good solution for tying our b2b and b2c elements together. The support team especially LORI is excellent quickly and efficiently solving any problem. specific aspects that need improvement, such as how it deals with returns/exchanges, have yet to be addressed. once this has been solved I will definitely amend it to 5 stars.
