I was supported by Ronnie to help the integration for Shopify and Quickbooks - it was seamless! he knew exactly what I wanted, and how to explain it - it took no time at all to integration the systems! Excellent support Ronnie - much appreciated!
Game changer for me, having moved from another invoicing system where I could not import orders from Shopify, this has made it so, so easy.
Works well, does what it needs to and Rom in customer support was very helpful in sorting out the issues I had.
I had an issue with synchronizing however Sherwin solved my problem. Thank you so much for helping immediately

We just downloaded this App but so far it seems like a good decision! The support chat feature is especially helpful. I chatted with Ronnie today and they were patient, nice, clear and resolved my issues and answered my questions.
I would highly recommend reading the integration guides [Shopify and Accounting Integration Guide (When starting from the Shopify App Store)] before completing the integration!

I worked with Ben. He was a ton of help syncing my historical data and helping me understand the various workflows and how transactions would post to my books. I was very happy with the service and really appreciated that I was able to work with someone one-on-one to ensure that my sync got set up correctly. I had to log off early during our first session and I was able to login in a day later and request Ben to continue my sync.
