We are still setting up this app so I do not have a full experience at this point. What I do know is the online support seems to be top notch. Ronnie in customer support was great, and we are looking forward to our full integration.
Had some implementations and mapping issues with QBO, Ronnie came to the rescue over the online chat support. Quick response, no wait time, he provided a solution that worked and was patient while I was implementing.
So far it has been a bit difficult. Got help today from ROM and I hope it will be working as it should and Quickbooks does no longer double up my payments
I have recieved both really good service from support and some not so good, but today I got great support from ROM.
I haven't used the app yet, but I inquired about getting some help with the integration of QB with Shopify and Rafael was really helpful with resources that will go over before mapping the two together. So far so good! Thank you, Rafael!
Rafael has been very helpful when setting up the app. Very kind, a lot of patience and willingness. I recommend him. I am very happy with the configurations made
We had a really great experience with ROM in getting our account all syncing and up to date. He very clearly explained the issue and got us up and running really quickly and efficiently.
Converting from one web host to another is difficult enough! Fortunately, Rafael made syncing my new data to QBO seamless and kept my historical data untouched! Love when something that looks like it will take a long time is complete and perfect in a few minutes. Thank you Rafael for taking such great care of us!
App is good. Lacks a couple features that could really make it robust, but for a smaller business or if you're just getting started it's more than enough and will provide you everything you need. Customer service has also been great every time we've needed/reached out to them.
Ben was fantastic helping get our system ready for integration. He was with me step by step answering all questions to ensure the mapping was correct. We had to go back a few weeks to add additional sales orders and he was able to help with that as well! Thank you Ben,
