This app is very good at providing all the services we required and also many other features that other apps could not provide. Even the basic plan allows us to sync and point all the products from Shopify to the correct items in QBO with the help of their customer service live chat. Rafael, Karol and Vince were so patient although I myself felt annoyed at my million questions. From syncing to troubleshooting, i will give them extra 5 more stars for that!

The flexibility the app provides when setting it up is outstanding. Additionally, as I had some doubts on how to finalize some choices, I reached out to customer service and was more than pleased. Karol really made it as easy as possible to navigate the options as she was reactive, knowledgeable and personable.

The integration with quickbooks is great and the customer support is really amazing. Sherwin was quick to help resolve our issues and provide guidance on how we could better utilise quickbooks

This app/company are both unresponsive. If you're a Canadian business, look elsewhere. Their integration will not work with multiple tax rates (provincial tax rates). Also, though responsive on email, they will refuse to call you when asked and fixes will take 2+ weeks. This is all very confusing to me because it worked perfectly fine with my trial? Also, they are an Australian company which will keep you waiting for a response.

As we've discussed privately, we've given you a full refund on your yearly payment.

It was very unfortunate that our support staff were unable to call you at a time that suited you. Our live-chat support staff are available 24 hours to accomodate our customers across the globe.

In the meantime, our development team is in the process of debugging the issue around the grouped Canadian taxes. We will notify you as soon as the issues are fixed so we can get you set up on a new free trial. We'd love to give you the opportunity to try our update before subscribing to our paid service again.

The app was a pain to sync to my Shopify store because I was having issues on my end, but once we got it to work it was great! Ronnie stayed with me for a long time to let me sort out details on my end. He was so very patient and walked me through everything! Now that everything is set up, it flows smoothly :)

I had issues syncing my shopify and QBO, Sherwin helped with step by step instructions on how to resolve the issue and also gave me great insight on other things I can do with these two programs working together.
