I have been using QuickBooks for seven years and have two sites. One is on Shopify, and we use this app to sync with my Shopify store. The chat support is excellent, and today, I chatted with Troy, who knew exactly what my issue was, and we resolved it in no time.
This is why I am still a QuickBooks customer.

Faced an error in syncing data from Shopify to Quickbooks but their customer service was very helpful. Customer service ROM assist me to solved the problem easily and also give a few suggestions on the sync settings. Thank you again for your great service.

Wow! Rom was so helpful! Sadly, the way I have set up my shop, this integration isn't suitable for me. However, Rom did everything they could to try and find a solution, and even gave me additional advise when we realised it could not work. I am so impressed with the customer service. Thank you!

I had an issue with recurring error messages related to importing orders from Shopify to QB Online. Opened the support chat and Ben was there immediately. He solved the issue right away. Terrific service!
Rom was very helpful and fixed my errors promptly, great service. This is the second time Rom has helped me with my problems always helpful and patient. He has sorted out my syncing with quickbooks online Shopify, mostly of these are my mistakes setting up the app in the first place.
