This is the exact app we needed to sync our Shopify data with QBO. There is a good amount of control so you can set exactly what and when it get's synced over. We are able to just sync unpaid orders in Shopify so we are able to invoice in QBO. When I had an issue with the connector showing an error I used the live chat support and Clarisse was able to quickly fix my issue. Would recommend.

Customer support is unbelievable! I chatted in to get some help (due to my own non-tech-savviness, not because the app is confusing.) Rom answered my chat request immediately, and was polite, professional, and patient with my silly questions. They literally had me sorted out within 60 seconds of typing my question. I have a US-based Shopify store and recently this application was removed for new downloads for US-based stores. I reached out to OneSaas support and was prompted to start a live chat to request access to this app. I explained my goals for using this application, which included syncing customer contact data between Shopify and QBO, generating invoices in QBO using customer data for orders labeled as Pending in shopify and syncing new products from shopify to QBO. I was helped by a very nice and knowledgable support associate named Karol who answered all my questions and guided me through the process. I dealt with Sherwin for a better part of a day as we were syncing a large new client of mine from January-April. They even made an exception for us on how far back they would go. We were in the middle of a transition from QBD to QBO and it was essential that this integration worked for my client as they over 500+ products and inventory is reconciled between both systems. We did lots of testing and multiple syncs and they helped me work through all the errors easily, with screenshots and guides of what to do as we were testing and correcting. They were the upmost prepared for me and I feel like they were ready for what I thought was a large project! Myself and the client are very happy. Highly recommend this app for the amount of time it will save.

My previous feed broke and I installed this. It is quite comprehensive and needs to be set up carefully. I got an immediate response from the chat and Karol helped me through what I needed. The live tech support service was fantastic and allowed me to continuing working into the evening as I started my chat at about 8pm in the evening. David, the tech support that answered the chat bubble, was incredibly patient and took the time to explain the changes needed along with screenshots. He was able to quickly help me resolve an issue with the configuration, clear the outstanding sync issues being experienced, and show me how to fix it myself in the future - all in less than 15 minutes.
