I contacted Support for an Shopify/QBO integration issue and was promptly connect with BEN. He spent a good amount of time working with me and helped me understand the app. As well he patiently helped me to reconnect the Shopify App to my Clients QBO account as these was an issue with the Client's bank feeds. Excellent service from Ben. Thanks Ben!
Awesome integration. Ronnie did the magic and helped integrate data from the past as well. Super helpful instructions throughout the process. Made the whole accounting reconciliation part so easy.

I've been using this app for a year now since my client moved their online shop to Shopify. It works very well and considering the tens of thousand of sales being brought across I get minimal amounts of errors. On the rare occasions that I've had to use support I've also found them very helpful and get any problems I've had sorted very quickly. I particularly want to mention Nick who helped me out this morning with a syncing issue.

The App itself is really good, it is able to track, monitor and pay all in one go :)
We have been using this for years now. When we have a problem (Always caused by ourselves) the support is always immediate and effective. Nick is a great example, he knows how to read an issue and sort extremely fast and effectively.
