This app is exactly what we needed to integrate our shopify sales into our QBO accounting. I have been using QuickBooks for a couple years but faced an issue a few days ago I could not figure out how to solve. I used the support via live chat today and had it addressed through great service from Dean. He was knowledgeable, attentive and quickly understood and solved the issue. I am usually skeptical about using live chats but have to admit this was very good.

The app is very user friendly. The only errors I've ever encountered are created when someone on our end skips a step (client name on order, etc.). Whenever I've had an error the customer service reps have bee very helpful and fast. Sherwin helped me out today and was quick and professional and had me fixed up in a couple of minutes!
