Customer service is great... everyone is always very helpful and quickly responds to requests. Today David fixed a problem for me, and continuously updated me and followed up to make sure it was all correct.

I've reached out a few times with the chat function and David, Dean and Sherwin were all very responsive, patient and helpful with all of my queries. If you have a preferred person to work with you can also request them which is great.

This app is super useful to help you extracting automatically orders or payouts from Shopify and put them into Quickbooks.
