Brilliant App, great support from Paul and Karol, highly recommend, its an essential app, required to use with Quickbooks.

Workflow between Shopify and QBO works well. I have just finished a chat with Clarisse who was extremely helpful and sorted my problems out in minutes.

I have been using the Legacy app for over a year now, with very little problems. Setting it up was easy, and I had it syncing my data once per day. The New system came along and I received a few messages to update, but I was concerned that remapping everything from one to the other was going to cause issues. Hazel, as usual, answered my chat and walked me through it, catching all the errors I had made, and keeping the chat going until it was done. Great support, works really well, and in my case, the fact that it now syncs every hour is very helpful for inventory control.

2023-05-09: ROM was polite and technically competent to resolve my syn issue.

2023-04-19: Nice to see Ronnie post-Covid. Ronnie is knowledgeable and has pinpointed my sync issue with Shopify. Thank you, Ronnie.

Sherwin at QB has been super helpful in getting the integration set up. Support is fast, responsive and helpful. I'm hoping that the integration streamlines my Shopify accounting.

Still working on integration, but I think the QBO app will really help us streamline. Got some great guidance from Karol through the chat and was able to get some answers to questions fairly particular to our business--super polite, quick reply, and thorough. Looking forward to seeing what the app can really do.

UPDATE: needed support after a long time, chatted with Karol. Once again, excellent and quick service. Highly recommend this app. Special thanks to Karol. PREVIOUS REVIEW: So far, excellent app and excellent support. Had Troy on the chat with me today and he took care of my issues in a quick and effective manner.
