This app is wonderful. My only complaint is that it consistently generates errors for POS sales because the customer name is missing.

Customer support has been very helpful anytime I needed help clearing the errors. Today, I spoke with Sherwin who fixed the problem for me in a blink!

It is great to be able to transfer data seamlessly. Their customer support is always so good. Rom did a great job and explaining the issues I was having and helping me fix them and prevent them in the future.

I encountered issues with the sync between Shopify and Quickbooks. The online chat support proved to be incredibly helpful, and Ben efficiently resolved my problem by providing quick and effective solutions.

The app has been great so far. when I ran into trouble using the app, Ronnie went above and beyond, solved my problem, and explained where I got it wrong. She was incredibly patient with me. Awesome app. fantastic customer service

Several times I have gone to the chat with help setting up and questions after setting up. Response time is great, and they have helped me figure out what I need to to, and answered my questions. Rafael was very timely and answered my questions.

the App is super helpful to merge our two systems!! And the support team is awesome - they are great communicators and efficient! I worked with BEN on the support app and he was so great!!

I have found the customer service to be amazing with this app. David helped me fix a few issues I was having with integration. Makes managing the business way easier when you don't have to sweat the small stuff. Today Rom helped me solve another issue with invoices between shopify and quickbooks he was great!

They have helped me with the integration and actually walked me through it step by step. THE BEST Customer service ever. Many thank to ROM for being so amazing and patient. ROM waited for me to do the edits and then helped me to correctly sync the data.
