Quickbooks online comes with a OneSaas Connector portal to connect services such as Etsy and Shopify. I had a support member called Ben send me a message through the interface as I was setting things up and help me with my questions. That's fairly astounding service and has greatly impressed me that this company is really aiming to achieve the best service they can.
Fantastic app and awesome support. I had trouble mapping my data to quickbooks and Ronnie to the time (about 30 minutes) to walk me through everything and make sure I was all up and running.
Well done! Quickbooks is a no-brainer for any Shopify store owner.

I have been dealing with some sync issues and couldn't figure out how to fix them. I contacted chat support and was lucky enough to reach Ben. He was able to not only fix the issue, but he told me what the issue was so I could fix it myself in the future. I wish I had reached out sooner! A+ service. No waiting in a chat queue or speaking with a bot. Outstanding! We need more people like Ben in this world!
Usually, I do not write reviews (positive or negative), but as one of the customers using QuickBooks and Shopify connector, having Sync issues with error messages, I decided to leave one to share my experience. I was so lucky to connect with SHERWIN. Very nice, polite problem solver :). Nowadays, we do not experience good customer service, but Sherwin helped me to resolve my sync problems in a matter of minutes from start to finish. Thank you, Sherwin. I am glad that we have such a great support.

I dealt with Sherwin for a better part of a day as we were syncing a large new client of mine from January-April. They even made an exception for us on how far back they would go. We were in the middle of a transition from QBD to QBO and it was essential that this integration worked for my client as they over 500+ products and inventory is reconciled between both systems. We did lots of testing and multiple syncs and they helped me work through all the errors easily, with screenshots and guides of what to do as we were testing and correcting. They were the upmost prepared for me and I feel like they were ready for what I thought was a large project! Myself and the client are very happy. Highly recommend this app for the amount of time it will save.
I was having difficulty and getting lots of sync errors. Rom provided excellent customer service. He was patient and walk me through everything from start to finish and my issues are now resolved.
