We had an issue where refunds were not being processed from Shopify to Quickbooks. We started a chat with Ben, who explained the QBC synch in detail and demonstrated thorough understanding of the refund synch logic and Shopify order cancelation process. Ben helped resolve the issue and was patient in explaining the way the QBC worked.

I was having a lot of trouble syncing QBO with Shopify. Luckily, I met Nick, who guided me step by step and explained everything. I would never have managed without his help. He was patient until the very end. 5 stars well deserved thanks to the support!
