Ben was extremely patient with my setup. Super helpful and answered all the questions I had. It's incredibly important to have someone responsive and knowledgeable on the other end of a chat! I appreciate the service, it was a great first experience.

Rom's customer support was great. He really helped me with the onboarding process and configuration of settings. Very quick aswell.

Overall the appp is easy to use and I'd recommend it to others who are trying to get their Shopify linked with QBO.

Overall a great app. Customer support is excellent when you have problems as well. It's a little hard to get it all set up correctly but it saves a lot of time when you do.

My most recent interaction was with Karol which was awesome, love dealing the everyone, anytime I have a question they have yet to disappoint they answer right away and help out every time, unlike Shiopify which tells you thank you for the feedback we will send it to our developers.

I received awesome support today from Sherwin using their Chat tool. He helped us find a solution to an inefficient process that had been plaguing our systems for a while, and with his help we are now much more efficient and accurate!

App works as it should, just be sure to set your sync date properly as you cannot import historic data without the help of customer service. I had to go this route and Dean helped me get it done. Thank you Dean!

We had an issue (caused by us) that was fixed very swiftly. Rom was really helpful, and explained how to stop it occurring again and we wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending this app. On a second issue, we were helped by Vincent who also provide prompt and excellent service.

My experience with Paul was excellent! I was having an issue with not seeing many transactions pulled into my QBO and Paul quickly and accurately assessed my issue and advised me to enable 'unfulfilled sales' in mapping. He was very efficient and professional and helped me greatly. Now, I have more confidence in this app thanks to great support!
